Rosanna Carver
Dr. Rosanna Carver is from the UK and currently lives on the lands and waters of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ peoples. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, based at the University of Victoria and her research interests include deep sea mining, resource sovereignty and oceanic geography. Rosanna holds a PhD from Lancaster University, and an MSc from the London School of Economics. She has also previously researched and published on Rights and Title over submerged lands.
