In this video, four young Indigenous leaders, Amy Norman, Clyde Moonias, Quinn Meawasige and Riley Yesno, were invited to speak on their work advocating on behalf of their communities, shaping dialogue and influencing decisions related to land and water jurisdiction. Here, they touch on injunctions, land dispossession and what it means to occupy land, Nationhood and Indigenous sovereignty.
This event was hosted on October 30, 2019 by the Yellowhead Institute in celebration of the launch of our inaugural Red Paper, Land Back.
