Request for Proposals: Yellowhead Institute Ceiling Mural
Yellowhead is searching for an Indigenous artist or artist teams to design and execute the installation of a ceiling mural at Yellowhead’s new and first office space. The mural will be installed on the ceiling of our hosting space, extending to the ceiling of the exterior of the building. This is a large scale mural located centrally on campus, located just off Sankofa Square at Yonge-Dundas.
Key Details:
→ Eligibility: First Nation, Métis, and Inuit artists in Canada; established artist(s) or artist teams
→ Compensation: Minimum is set at $25,000, shortlisted applicants engaging in stage two of the selection process will also be compensated.
→ Submission Deadline: Stage One: April 21, 2025. Stage Two: May 21, 2025.
